Kenneth Feinberg. Why do we even have this guy working for the government? I remember when No' Bama jumped up on his high horse and told us that we need the 800 billion stimulus package that "Joe" would over see it because nobody "messes with Joe". Remember?
So if we have Joe then what is he doing? What are they doing? Allowing billions of dollars to be given away as bonuses to companies that we have bailed out. It's happening again at AIG right now. Seriously people, you need to write your congressman!!!!!!!!

Rush the Bigot
I'm having a little trouble with this one. I don't like Rush. I would rather go to the dentist than listen to him for three hours aday. So I'm not speaking very intelligently on this subject but I feel like I should say something.
Is this guy getting railroaded? The only thing I have heard him say or other people say that he has said is: Mc Nabb is over rated or that Vick is a horrible person. But is that wrong? The guy is a commentator, that's what he does for a living. Come on people, do we not live in America anymore? We can't speak our mind? I'm really think that's the way we are going. I surprised my ass has not been slapped down for my No' Bama comments.
All this guy wants to do is buy a NFL Team. Why should he not be allowed? Is he a bigot? I don't know. But last time I checked even the black panthers could go to polling stations with clubs. But, this guy can't criticise a/or two black QB's without being a racist.
I did listen to him just for a bit today. That's about all I can stand. His response was if I was a racist, why would I buy a team and pay black guys millions of dollars per year?

Climate Czar
Todd Stern! If you haven't read about this guy you need to. He is way out there. I think he taught Gore. He worked for the Clinton White House. He worked on the Billary campaign last year and she appoints him to this position (with No' Bama's approval) after she became Sec. of State. Here's the problem, he was chief negotiator for the Kyoto Protocol. If it wasn't for the '97 Senate we would have been screwed.
In case you don't know; according to the US Constitution, the Senate must approve all treaties. So in '97 by a vote of 95 to 0, the Senate put forth a bill that required all global warming treaties to read that all countries be treated equally. The Kyoto Treaty called for the US to reduce more CO2 emissions than any other country. It also gave countries like China and India a by for a certain amount of time. That's nice, let's penalize the US and no one else. Keep in mind not only was Stern the chief negotiator for this non sense but he also sold Billy C on it.
Let's look at the greenhouse gases that they are worried about, methane and co2. Where does methane come from? Most of it from livestock. Did you know that between Jan and Aug of this year the US exported 2.67 billion pounds of pork and 1.29 billion pounds of beef. I don't even want to try and find the poultry and egg exports. What people don't understand is that we feed the world with are greenhouse gases. CO2. Yes we produce a lot of carbon dioxide (CO2). Not all of it comes from our cars and power plants. I also don't want to start researching the amount of fruits and vegetables that we export but I'm sure it too, is in the billions. Think of all the farm equipment it takes to grow the vegetation and food for the live stock. Do we get credit for that? No. Would we have gotten credit for that under Kyoto? No. Will we get credit for that under No' Bama's cap and tax? No.
One of the things that G W tried to do when Kyoto finally went away was to rewrite it under the pretense that gave countries a "carbon footprint". We have millions and millions of acres of national forest that (this is in elementary science class) soak up CO2. That's right, plants intake CO2 and produce oxygen or O2. Not to mention all the food that we produce that does what? Suck up CO2!!!
Al Gore can run a $1200.00 a month electric bill but it's ok because his "carbon footprint" isn't that bad. He can plant a tree or buy some credits and everything is good. I just love No' Bama and his hordes. We are in a world of hurt.

Prize X2
Now I'm just pissed. Why can someone not disagree or criticise No' Bama and not be a bigot or a racist? I have been hearing this nonsense all day and if anyone questions why he won the Nobel Peace Prize, they are branded a racist. I say why? What has he done? Really, what has he done? He was nominated two weeks after taking office. So what has he done? He voted present like 130 time when he was in the state senate. He had so many non votes in the US Senate that I got tried of counting. OK, well he did vote against the US Soldier many times. Maybe that's what got him the prize!!! And he did Bow before a muslim king. Along with going to every country known to man and apologised for "our" rude and condescending behavior towards the rest of the world. Of course let's not for get about Israel, He sold them out quicker than he did us. Wow, is that all it takes to make a mil? People, I'm telling you right now I would sell each and every one of you out for a quick million.
You can see his entire voting recorded here: http://projects.washingtonpost.com/congress/members/o000167/
Or google No' Bama, congress, votes and you will get there. But maybe it was his world acknowledgement of communism when he hired the "green jobs" czar that did it. Or it could be his Cap and Tax bill that is going to cost us all jobs that will go overseas to countries that don't have the same standards. Either way I just want to say Congrats No' Bama, Congrats!!!

Prize
Holy Shit, No' Bama wins the Nobel Peace Prize, for 'his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples'. All he had to do was sell out his country.
AIDS Czar
Oh the AIDS Czar. You gotta google this guy. No' Bama appoints another gay man to a post that we really don't need. How did he get the job? No' Bama was lobbied by the Presidential Appointments Project ran by the gay and lesbian community. And they are very proud of the fact that they get people appointed to jobs that we don't need or can afford. They have a big list, from the let children be abuse "safe school czar" to Mrs. No' Bama's decorator. What the hell is the Secretary of Health and Human Services doing? What about the entire damn department, or the CDC? Isn't someone there charge with the same thing?
Now you ask, how does he get paid? Well, I shall tell you. Hidden deep in the stimulus bill was an extra billion just for his office. So now Jeffrey Crowley makes $102,000/year plus all the extras to do a job that I'm sure there are another ten government workers charged with doing.
You wonder where all the stimulus jobs are? I just showed you one. And it only cost a billion.

Safe School Czar
Here we go!!!
"- The locker room was a source of tremendous anxiety, as I was terrified that my eyes would linger a little too long on the male bodies around me, to which I was increasingly (and disturbingly) drawn." _ Keven Jennings, One Teacher in Ten: Gay and Lesbian Educators Tell Their Stories. (paperback)
I'm sure it's a good read, let me know and I'll take your word for it. What is really appalling. Is this guy being a teacher and have gay students come to him for advice, counsel, or even kinship. I know many of gay and lesbian folks, don't have a problem with it. Don't under any circumstances feed it to my kiddo's. What you do is your business, not mine. BUT ALSO NOT MY CHILDREN'S. Now rather you believe it or not someone in your circle is gay. It's just hidden my friends, they are in the closet. Ohh, what's my point? I'm sorry here it is. I know grown men and women in the closet, the only way a teenager is going to come out to a teacher if he is way out in the open. Teaching (maybe manipulating, inspiring, or promoting) his sexuality to the students openly.
So when this guy tells an under age high school student (that has sex with older men in a bus station bathroom) hope you "knew" how to use a condom, I have concerns. His excuse, "well, teachers just weren't taught that well in those areas back then". What about common sense?? Does that register with anyone anymore? He published another book in '06 that he spoke about the same story. Neither time did he admit guilt or fault for this kids' continued molestation. Only since he has been named the "Safe School Czar" has he accepted any responsibility for letting this kid get touch time and time again.
My mother, God rest her soul (I love you, Mommy) always told me, you may not be able to judge a book by it's cover but you can judge someone by the company that they keep. People, look at No' Bama's hordes, just look at them. Look at their personalities, the people he hangs with, the people that support him!!!!

No' Bamaism
Marxism is the political philosophy and economic practice based upon a materialist interpretation of history, a critical analysis of capitalism, a theory of social change, and an atheist view of human liberation derived from the work of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels; Marxist philosophy is three-fold:
The dialectical and materialist concept of history — A society’s history results from its internal conflicts between social classes (bourgeoisie and proletariat), and among the forces of production (technology, labour, institutions); a society's future derives from the developments resulting from said social conflicts.
The critique of capitalism — In a capitalist society, an economic minority (the bourgeoisie) dominate and exploit the working class (proletariat) majority. Per the labor theory of value, under conditions they do not control, workers produce more output, and create more value, than necessary to meet societal needs; with the surplus value (over-production), the capitalists accumulate more wealth and political power.
The theory of revolution — In a capitalist economy, the workers are alienated because they do not control their labour, thus are alienated from society, from the products they make, and from Nature. The solution is uniting in labour unions and political parties, thereby, the workers assume politico-economic power from the bourgeoisie._Wikipedia
Hmmm,Hmmm,Hmmm, who does this sound like? What about the Berlin Airlift? Anyone remember that, or reading about that? If it wasn't for American Capitalism there would have never been a Berlin Airlift and we may very well have one big Russian country again. During the high point of the Berlin airlift, the US moved more than 45,000 tons of goods in only one week in to Berlin (and with nothing but WWII aircraft). Why? Because the Soviets closed the roads and rail ways.
#1: Last time I checked anyone, and I mean anyone could go out start selling peanuts on the side of the road and make a million. How do you do that? Well you turn one bag into two, two into four, ect... Or you could start a business in your garage or basement. Let's see... Who started in there basement? Locally I know one (that's worth a mill or more), But I also remember him telling long, long ago, "Dave, there was a time in the 70's when the interest rate went to 21%, I owed $100,000 on the business and I didn't even have money to make payroll". His son bought him out and he is the best civ. boss that I have ever worked for. IS he cheap? Hell, yes. One of the cheapest I know, but also the only boss that has ever walked up to me and put cash in my hand and say, "Thanks Dave, going a great job". And the garage, well think of Apple or MS. That's the people who make it in this life!!!!!!!!!!! The ones that sacrifice for themselves and their families. I don't mean sacrificing life, I mean scarifying your life, your time, your goodness for the sake of your family, not the guys out there that are just gang banging shooting each other. For goodness sakes the Army has proved anyone can carry a gun, just look at me :-)..
#2 Under condition that the workers do not control: Hmmmmm, Maybe if we don't like where we work, we leave. Does that make sense? No, we should all punch in at 08:00 start work, take a 10 at 10:00 lunch at noon a 10 at 14:00 and off at 16:30, WOW, Wait I forgot under No'Bama (and the unions) we go in when and if we want to, start work from 10:00 to 10:10, lunch at 11:00 to 14:00, work from 14:00 to 14:10 and off at 16:30. Why am I complaining??? Hell, that's the job that I want. Ohhh, I know, nothing will get done if he has his way.
#3 In a capitalist economy, the workers are alienated: Ok, maybe you are? I have never been. I have always out paced my co-workers. Since the very beginning. I always will, until I die. Maybe that's why I don't feel like someone owes me something. I have always went out and got it for myself. POINT!!!! Make yourself bigger, better, faster, stronger, and more than the others and your boss will take care of you. If you don't want a boss, start a business!!!! When you get there, after a billion sleepless nights, come back and tell me you don't like your boss. It is very hard....

Longer School Days and Years
I write this as a prelude to the "safe school" czar post. No' Bama says our kids our failing because they don't spend enough time in school.
"Kids in the U.S. spend more hours in school (1,146 instructional hours per year) than do kids in the Asian countries that persistently outscore the U.S. on math and science tests — Singapore (903), Taiwan (1,050), Japan (1,005) and Hong Kong (1,013). That is despite the fact that Taiwan, Japan and Hong Kong have longer school years (190 to 201 days) than does the U.S. (180 days)." _Yahoo.Com
I don't have a problem going to an all year school schedule but you still have to give the kids time off. Maybe two weeks off for each season. I don't know just a thought. What I really think is that No' Bama wants more time in the class room, so they can learn more pro No' Bama songs!!! Yes We Can!!! Hmm, Hmm, Hmm!!!
What we need to do is get the unions out of schools and let them teach! Today, a kid can tell a teacher to F Off and nothing happens to the little punk. If I did that my ass would have been paddle at school, by my mother, and again when my father came home. That's the problem, we have became a pacifist society. There isn't any consequences if they do some thing wrong. School systems pop up every day in the news saying that they will no longer issue failing grades. We can not say "Thank you God" but we can waste all kinds of time learning to praise the messiah no' bama.
On any given day NY City has 700 teachers sitting in a room doing nothing. Thank you unions. More to follow, I gotta go...

KY Supreme Court
Today, the wonderful KY Supreme Court, told child molesters, rapist, and other sex offenders that they can live any where they want to, even right next door to a school. They can live next to day cares, school, or churches that run day school programs as long as they committed the crime before 12 July 2006.
The new laws were written not to punish released perverts but to protect the innocents of children. The US Supreme Court decide in 2003 that it was unconstitutional to tell people that they can't live next to a school retroactive. They based the opinion on the "ex post facto" clause. The KY Supreme Court followed suite by a vote of 5 to 2.
The state is not trying to punish these freaks anymore, even though we should. They are not telling them where to live, just where not to live. Child molesters can not be fixed. They will always do it. We just made it easier for them. I have on my outside window, the three freaks that live with in a half mile of my residence. They will never come down until they move.

More on Czars
I Know it only list 35, but there have been more added since. When I get them I'll list them.
No' Bama's Czars
The picture above is a representation of No' Bama and his cabinet. And you wonder why he has 40, yes 40 Czars. If my cabinet looked like his, I would have 140. Speaking of Czars, have you took a look at these jokers? Does he have anyone that is not horribly jack up in their field? I know I said I was going to do one a day, but I've been ill, as of late. I'm getting back on the horse and will start this afternoon with the newest in the news. The "Safe School" Czar.Friday, September 18, 2009
ACLU
In 1934 a bunch of World War I vets came together in the Mojave Dessert to put up a cross for the fallen Soldiers. The cross, is a simple white wooden structure is in the middle of the dessert. The aclu on behalf of frank bouno filed a lawsuit in '01. Veterans Groups have lost the case, twice. They are waiting for the US Supreme Court to hear the case this fall. In the mean time the cross was covered with a bag. Some people didn't like that (I think) and cut the bag off. Now, the cross is covered with a plywood box.
We are talking about a 7 foot high white cross erected by WWI vets to honor those that have fallen. Now, it is covered because one di(k that lives in Oregon might drive in the middle of the dessert and be offended. All because it is on (was on) Federal land.
My question? What is next? What about the Vet Cemetery right down the street? Are we going to grind off all the crosses on the stones? Then maybe the Jewish Stars? Is Arlington next? All of it is government land, we obviously need to separate church and state. If we don't start using some common sense, we truly are going to hell in a hand bag!!!!
Do your own research. Check out this site. Fight for the cross!!!

Fan Fu(king Tastic
Today, the state house of rep.s in Massachusetts, just passed a law to let the governor of the state appoint a senator until the "special" election. It still has to go though the state senate but they are half way there. Normally I would not complain but those SHIT BAGS, And I do MEAN SHIT BAGS, just change the law in '04 when they thought Kerry was going to be elected and then Gov. Romney (R) could have appointed a senator. The Demoncrates did not like that so they changed the law. Now, they want to change it back to where it was. Talk about having your cake and eating it too.
Fuck all of your in mass. that continue to vote those shit bags in!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go FUCK YOURSELVES, all of you......

Tire Tax or Union Bailout???
"And I can make a firm pledge: under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 will see their taxes increase - not your income taxes, not your payroll taxes, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes. My opponent can't make that pledge, and here's why: for the first time in American history, he wants to tax your health benefits Apparently, Senator McCain doesn't think it's enough that your health premiums have doubled, he thinks you should have to pay taxes on them too. That's a $3.6 trillion tax increase on middle class families. That will eventually leave tens of millions of you paying higher taxes. That's his idea of change."

Friday night this Hero just implemented a 35% tariff on Chinese tires. When was the last time you were at Wally world? The Dollar Store? K-Mart? Any discount store for that matter? It is all made in China. China owns a Hell of alot of our economy. We just don't print money people, someone has to back it. If no one backs it, the less it is worth. Now, what is going to happen when China says, OK. If you want to tax our tires, we are going to tax your food. All of a sudden we don't have anyone to sell the food to, what are we going to do? Give it to other countries? Yes, we can do that, but it doesn't pay the bills. Or, will we pay farmers not to farm? Like we do now!!! Which really pisses me off. But back to my point.
Everything that comes from China is cheap. That's why people buy the junk, and bitch about it later. Everybody knows that they have slave wages and working conditions. Last time I checked the Chinese had more deaths in coal mines then anyone else in the world. Their working conditions suck. However, if you don't own a set of kitchen utensils from Wally World you make more money than I do. I still buy the shit and complain later. The thing here is they make the cheap tires that I (and most Americans) can afford. So when this guys sticks a 35% tax on them who do you think is going to pay for it? The consumer, that's who. You and me will pay for that 35% tax. I still find it hard to believe that people think that you can tax a corporation and not tax the people. They are not going to suck it up. They are in business to make money, not pay taxes.
Just recently the unions asked No' Bama to impose this tax to help with job loss. The only problem is, with union wages and production laws they can not make the tire at the same cost. So we are going to have less low cost tires and less Chinese exports or lots of high priced tires. How does this help us?
If you are for unions, then same on you!!! If you are in a union, then same on you!!! Unions don't do anything but hurt the American economy. Holy shit, at any given time NY City has 700 teachers sitting in a room doing nothing, because of the unions. They are waiting arbitration. Some of them for up to two years, but are still getting paid. Our tax dollars pay them. Don't think that just because we don't live in NY City that some of our federal tax dollars don't go to NY City school system. If you are in a union a have one of those gravy jobs, good for you. Think about all the money that you pay for "your" union leadership to do nothing. Where else could that money go? For your kids college? For health care? No, not health care, No' Bama is going to tax everyone but the unions on that!!!!!!!
If you want a union, fine. I want a union for "your" Army. Let "your" Soldiers have union benefits!!! Let them have 10 min breaks every hour. Let them call in sick and not have to prove it for three days. Let them say, "hey, I've done my quota for the day, I'm done". Let them say, "hey, I'm off the clock, gotta get someone else". Let them sit in a room with nothing to do "just because". Let them say, "hey, Sgt. union says that I can't fire more than 30 bullets aday".

God and Guns
“They get bitter, they cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations.”
– Barack Obama, Apr '08
This is No' Bama talking about small town people in PA and though out the Midwest, during his campaign. This comes form the guy who wouldn't wear a flag pin until the media went crazy. This comes from a guy which his wife is not proud to be an American. This comes from a guy that spent 20 years listening to a hate monger preacher. Remember "Not God Bless America, but G Damn America"? Remember that?
What about this:
"We hold these truths to be self-evident: That all men are crated equal; that they are endowed by their Creator....."
Not that we hold these truths because of the government, Bush, No' Bama, the senate, the ACLU or lack there of for that matter. But because our Creator gave them to us. Not my words people, these words came from The Declaration of Independence. The first two lines, I wonder if the lawyer/No' Bama has ever read it?
It's just like the Lincoln quote that I posted, if you haven't read it you should.

No' Bamacorn!!!
Some of you may not have seen the videos of Acorn (last time I cap it), so I'll give a quick run down. Young white guy and an attractive young white girl walk in to some acorn offices to pose as a pimp and ho (always wanted to say that) to secure housing loans and tax help with the IRS. So far they have released three videos. In these videos it is plain that they want help defrauding the government. I mean theses two are talking about setting up a ho house and bringing under age illegal girls to service it and I haven't seen any opposition from acorns staff. As a matter of fact at one point the guy looks at the acorn lady and says,"well she's honest(meaning the ho)", the worker responds by saying "honest wont get you a house". When the first two tapes were released acron fired the people on the tapes. When the third came out all shit hit the fan. The acorn president said the tapes are "doctored" and they are going to sue Fox News and the film makers. The organization has received 53 million in tax payer dollars since 1994 and was subject to receive another 1.6 mil. acorn should be a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization but if you look at acorns offices you will see nothing but signs for the No' Bama hordes.
Yesterday, the Senate voted to stop that funding. The vote was 83y 7n with 9 no votes. Wanna know who wants acorn to have the cash??? Well, I'll tell you, cause I'm cool like that, that's the way I roll. Here is the list: Burris(d-IL)(go figure, he took No' Bama's seat and they put him in office), Durbin(d-IL)(hey if you're gonna keep it in the family, you might as well keep it in the state, GO IL), Casey(d-PA)(must not be the part of the state were people are hanging on to God and guns), Gillibrand(d-NY)(released a statement saying they still help my constituents, hey she took hillary's seat), Leahy(d-VT)(what can't I say about this LOSER), Sanders(I-VT)(again, keep it in the state), Whitehouse(d-RI).
These are the US Senators that want acorn to have your money to help child prostitution.
IF you remember, acorn registered Mickey Mouse, dead people, and the Dallas Cowboys out of TX to vote in the last election. I checked their web site this morning and they claim that they registered 1.68 million people in past elections and their plan was to register 1.2 million for the 2008 election " in what will be the largest, non-partisan voter registration effort in U.S. history".
Just a thought, more to follow. I wanna get back on this God and guns thing, next post.

More on Chester

The church is The City of Refuse Worship Center in Germantown, KY. I'm not going to dime out the Pasteur but I should.
This Sicko was ordain yesterday. The church list him as praise and worship leader. His name is Mark Edward Hourigan and according to the KY State Police Sex Offender Registry, he is on supervised release. He is a lifetime register for 2 counts of sexual abuse 1 degree of an 11 year old boy. He is 6'3" 215 pounds, was born in 1968, and oh yea likes to touch 11 year old boys. I got ten buck to a doughnut that it wasn't his first time. JUST THE FIRST TIME HE GOT CAUGHT and he will do it again. You can not fix these people. If we are not going to put them down then they need to be lock up for life working 16 hours a day on a chain gang. All of their earnings should go to the victim.
I have nothing against someone seeking God, for I am a God fearing man myself, but this freak can go to service before work on Sunday morning. Yes, they should work 7 days a week.
WE SHOULD BE PROTECTING OUR CHILDERN!!!!!!!!!!! I don't even want to know how this is legal, I'm still hoping they don't know. If it changes, I'll post it.
PS That is his registry photo. Looks kinda happy to be there, huh?
More Chesters
Just heard on the radio that a church in Louisville just ordain a child molester. The main Pasteur said that children will never be in any harm.
When I have more info, I'll post.

No' Bama and Cash
He just finished his speech on Wall Street. Basically said they need to start lending money to people and community organizations, start taking responsibility and that they need to have more government regulations. Thanks to tax payers and your government, you are recovering. Of course he had to add it was all Bush's fault (in so many words), and thanks to the stimulus package that his administration put together, tens of thousands of police, firefighters, and other government workers have not been laid off. In addition to many others building wind mills, solar panels, and other green energy projects.
Here's my deal.
If you buy a house and can not afford it, it should be foreclosed. Same with a car. It's called STUPID TAX. If you don't understand what you are signing, LEARN. Don't trust the guy that's making money off you. That's just common sense and if you don't have any, then you need to be a ward of the state and live in a group home. If they are going to lend money to people, they need to ensure that there is enough collateral. There are to many credit cards out there anyway. And when he said community orgs, all I could think about was acorn. Have you seen the footage with the "pimp and the prostitute"? There was a Congressman on Fox News this am, said he had his picture taken in front of the acorn office in New Orleans, it had a big No' Bama sign above the door.
More gov. reg's? Listen people, we have the SEC, FCC, FDIC, etc...... and ohh yea, let's not forget the Dept. of Treasure/Commerce and of his 32 czars I can count 10 that have a direct reflection on what goes on with the economic industry.
I may have to change the name of this to "WHAT IN THE HELL DID WE DO".
I think I'm going to take 1 czar a day and dissect a czar until they are all done.

Sad Day To Be A Reservist!!!
Yesterday I went to Battle Assembly (Drill). During the course of the day we (my company) had five formations. While in these formations we (my fellow Soldiers and I) were address by a Brigade Commander (O-6), Battalion Commander (O-5), Company Commander (0-1), Command Sergeant Major (E-9), First Sergeant (E-8), three E-7's and a Major (O-4). At no point during the day did anyone mention what day it was (yes I know but we were not together as a unit on the 11th), the 3000 people that passed on 9-11, nor the 4700+ Soldiers that have given their lives since.
If were not going to remember, IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN!!! I need to find a new unit.

How Did I Miss This!

OK, I'm the first one to admit, I'm slacking. I do not no how I missed this, this shit bag here has touched little boys (and maybe girls) for 30 years!!! He only served 3 years for the crimes. I know this shit bag because I'm from Lexington, KY (or at least I call it home). His name is Ron Berry. He started "micro city government" in 1969. It was suppose to offer under privilege youths free lunches, summer jobs, dances, etc....
What they got was a total different story. Apparently he molested many of youngsters. At my last count there were over 150 people suing the city because they claimed they turn an eye and let him do what he want to do in order to get a vote from the black community. They claim that city officials knew what he was doing and did nothing about it for years because the African American community by large liked him and that they would follow his lead. Much like a Jesse Jackson or REV. AL.... Or maybe even a Pres. No' Bama.
Here's my problem!!! Black, white, yellow, or red if you touch a child you should be touched the same way for the rest of your life. This F'ing d!ck head has more than 150 accusers and was convicted of 12 counts of sodomy with boys from the age of 12 to 16. He got 3 FUCKING YEARS!!! What is going to stop these sickos unless we make consequences for them??????????? Yes, we are suppose to be more humane but for Gods Sake, we can not let them rape and pillage at their discretion. Without consequence there is chaos!!!!!
The law suit cost the city millions, of which I know I'm still paying for. What really pisses me off is that the wonderful governor of The Great Common Wealth of KY steve beashear (D) just gave this Richard Cranium a pardon. Pardon me, partial pardon (no pun intend). He gave this ass bag the right to vote and hold office. WTF over. A spoke man said it is the Govs policy to give everyone a partial pardon.
OK, So go out and commit any felony you want and as long as you have done your time, paid your dues, and don't have any out standing warrants I'll pardon you.
Cool, I need to start looking for a new type of work because apparently crime does pay!!!!
Here Is a Real Piece of Shit!!!
This guy did 10 years in federal prison for kidnapping a woman in 1977. After being paroled he did an additional 7 months (yes 7 months) in a Nevada prison for raping the same woman. That's all the time he got for handcuffing and blindfolding her, taking her to his rented storage shed and raping her for five hours."I had this fantasy that was driving me to do this, inside of me; something that was making me want to do it without — no way to stop it,". This was his quote during his 1977 trail. He also admitted to masturbating next to school yards and exposing himself to 7-10 year olds.
Three years after his release, he kidnaps Jaycee Dugard. Lord only knows the horrors that the little girl had to face before her will broke and mentally had to become one of the family in order to survive. She was pregnant at at 13 and had her first child at 14, never going to the doctor. The second child came at 18. Stockholm Syndrome is real, very real.
jack sporich, 74, erik peeters, 41, and ronald boyajian, 59 These three were just arrested in Cambodia on child sex charges and are coming back to the states for trial. jack sporich spent 9 years for molesting an estimated 500 boys during camping trips. Nine years!!!!!!!! ronald boyajian was convicted of 18 counts of sexual intercourse with minors.
Folks, I have 3 registered sex offenders within a half mile of my apartment (of which I'm printing flyer's and will post them on my out side window) and 22 within 2 miles. There are 50 in tiny little Hardin County.
Now, not all of these are child molesters but my point is that they can not be fixed. You will never be able to show me someone that touched a kid once. Just been busted once. They will never stop, NEVER. They can not be rehabilitated. It is proven. They will never stop!!! For all of you heart crying lib's out there that think we can, WAKE THE FUCK UP!!!
What needs to happen to these shit bags is kill them right away. But that would be so cruel, boo who.... So if you want to keep these bitches alive, then we need to house them in general population with the biggest buba in the joint along with five of his cell mates. That way they can have the same treatment their victims had. They do not need special protection. If the word got out to the general public (us) maybe "chester" would fear the consequences a little more. Instead they know if they do go to jail, they don't have to worry about being raped.
WHAT IN THE HELL ARE WE DOING? WE SHOULD BE PROTECTING OUR CHILDREN!!!

Pissed X2
The Demoncrate Gov. of Mass. just had a press conference stating that there will be a special election in Jan. '10 for Kennedy's seat. However, He wants the state legislator to pass a law that will let him appoint an interim senator until the election is over. He said that the "people" need to be represented. He said that there are so many important issues going own right now. Really, like 2 wars along with all the other bullshit going on then wasn't important? Hey, Romney wanted the same thing and they shot that down. They don't care if the "people" of Mass. are represented or not. They just care if there is a Demoncrate in office. The people of Mass. should be up in arms right now. This shit just kills me. If they pass this law all of those Demoncrates including The Gov. and Teddy himself can go fu(k themselves. They didn't care a bit if they were represented in '04.
Why, oh why, didn't the Founding Fathers see this??? What a minute, they did!! Article I Section III of The US Constitution' "...and if vacancies happen by resignation, or otherwise, during the recess of the legislature of any state, the executive thereof may make temporary appointments until the next meeting of the legislature, which shall then fill such vacancies."
Sounds like to me the state of Massachusetts and Teddy Boy said, screw the US Constitution a couple of years ago but when it suits them they want to go back to it. YOU CAN NOT PICK AND CHOSE WHAT LAWS YOU WANT TO FOLLOW AND WHEN YOU WANT TO FOLLOW THEM. THAT PUTS YOU ABOVE THE LAW AND NOBODY SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW. But doesn't it seem that the Kennedy's have got away with a tremendous amount of bullshit!!!

I'm Just Pissed!!!
Here's the deal. Just like MJ, I don't want to walk on anybodies grave. This is so ridicules that I can not help myself. Before Kennedy died he wrote a letter to the Speaker in the Massachusetts State Assembly. He wrote the letter so they could put forth a bill to change the state law so the Governor could appoint his replacement instead of having a special election. Hmmm, Do we remember what happens when governors are allowed to appoint senators??? Anybody remember Illinois??? No' Bama's old seat??? I'll get back to that.
Don't quote me (I haven't done my research yet) but, If I remember correctly there are 26 states that the governor can appoint a senator if the seat is vacated early. Funny thing is Massachusetts, was one of those states. However, when they thought John Kerry would become President and they had a republican governor, the state legislators went in to action and changed the law so that Mit Romney could not appoint a republican senator. Where was Ted Kennedy when this was going on??? Leading the fight. Yep, he was pushing to get what was the states current law overturned. Now that they have a Demoncrate governor, he and they want to change it back!!!! How Nice!!!! People, I hate thieves and liars. Hippocrates are both. More to follow!!!

How To Make a Million
So I'm taking the baby home yesterday and we stop by Mickie D's for lunch. Then it hit me, how to make my first million. You don't work for it (not in the No' Bama age) you have to sue for it. The baby gets a chicken nugget happy meal and I get a dbl cheese burger and fries. I start to think, hey false advertisement. It is not a double cheese burger. It is a double Burger with cheese. It is two patties and one slice of cheese. Now, I have had about a thousand of these in the last 37 years so that is $1000.00 bucks plus all of the mental anguish that I have suffered since I have learned that it "really" isn't a dbl cheese burger. I mean it's horrible!!! As I'm counting my millions I realize that they have change the name. It is no longer called the dbl cheese burger (Damn I was beat to the punch). But, being the high speed super star that I am, I always have a back up plan. I get my dbl cheese burger for $1.19.... Wait it is on the dollar menu. But the price is a dollar nineteen. I'm thinking now is the time to sue. But I have only had a couple of these since the price has went up so not so much money.
The plan now???? I'm going though the drive though tomorrow for lunch. I'm going to order a cold coca cola. I'm going to put it between my legs and let it spill on my crouch. When my Johnson shrinks because of the cold, imagine my heart break, turmoil, and mental anguish. All because they don't have "caution contents are cold" printed on the cup. That has two mill written all over it. Watch out Ronald, I'm coming for you!!!

Just A Funny
I haven't confirmed yet, so it is just suppose to make you laugh!!!
The year is 1947
Some of you will recall that on July 8, 1947, a little over 60 years
Ago, witnesses claim that an unidentified flying object (UFO) with
Five aliens aboard crashed onto a sheep and mule ranch just outside
Roswell , New Mexico . This is a well known incident that many say has
Long been covered up by the U.S. . Air Force and other federal agencies
And organizations.
However, what you may NOT know is that in the month of April 1948,
Nine months after that historic day, the following people were born:
Albert A. Gore, Jr.
Hillary Rodham
John F. Kerry
William J. Clinton
Howard Dean
Nancy Pelosi
Dianne Feinstein
Charles E. Schumer
Barbara Boxer
See what happens when aliens breed with sheep and jackasses?
I certainly hope this bit of information clears up a lot of things
For you. It did for me.
No wonder they support the bill to help illegal aliens!

Whale Wars?

PETA (I'm not going to spell it out, because I hate them), has posted this billboard in Jacksonville, FL. Now, normally I disagree with PETA. I think they are dumber than any Demoncrate could ever be, unless of course they are both :-) Which they all are. But in this case, I have to admit, they have a point.
Here's the deal, it is a proven fact that livestock (cows and pigs, etc...) produce more methane gas than any other source. Plus think about all the corn that they eat. If we could reduce their corn intake by 30, 40, 50% look at all the hungry people we could feed. So here is my compromise.
Instead of getting FAT people to go vegetarian, maybe we should just get them to eat (let's say 50%) less. Look at all the side effects:
1) We would slaughter less livestock which should make PETA happy.
2) We would have to raise less livestock.
3) With all the extra feed we are producing, we could reduce world hunger.
4) Less livestock equals less methane (green house gases) and we would not have to pass Cap and Tax/Trade.
5) Health care cost would go down and we would not have No' Bama Care forced down our throats.
6) I would not have to run to get in line first for Mickie D's in order to make sure they don't run out of food.
Damn sometimes I impress myself. See how everybody wins??? Maybe I should be Sec. of State? Bottom line is FAT people need to quit eating so much!!!
Now This Is a Congressman
Rep. Dan Boren (D) from Oklahoma, told his constitutes (yesterday, I think) that not only would he not support a government ran health care system, but if one did pass he would sign up for it. Even if his coverage was better. Now that is a respectable man. I can understand the President having his own doctor on call, but the congress makes tons of cash and bene's. Their health benefits are better than yours and mine I'm sure.
But if this guy is willing to step to the plate, I'm gonna give him cudo's!!! Hats off to you Dan, Hat's off.
People, I told you if someone was jacked up that I would call them out. Same thing if I think you have done something cool. Doesn't matter to me if you are blue or red, black or white.

More No' Bama Votes
Just so that you know, between 07/31/08 and 10/01/08 out of the 20 votes he could have cast, he voted four times or 25%. As a mater of fact, there were so many "not voting" during 2007 and 2008, I got tired of counting. Hmm, wonder were he was? Oh, I remember he was running for office. On our tax dollars!! Yes I know all politicians do it. But how many times did you hear about Mc Cain flying back to vote? Alot. After that speech yesterday I posted a blog but ran out of time so I just left it there. I could not sleep very well last night so I did some research. Here are some more interesting votes. All of this info comes from the Washington Post. He said yesterday that one of his main priorities was to take care of Soldiers and Veterans by increasing pay, insuring we have proper equipment and facilities, and benefits. Read below and then you decide. Sad thing is I know alot of Soldiers that voted FOR this guy.
3/1/05 Vote 12: S 256: Sessions Amdt. No. 23; To clarify the safe harbor with respect to debtors who have serious medical conditions or who have been called or ordered to active duty in the Armed Forces and low income veterans.
4/13/05 Vote 93: H R 1268: Byrd Amdt. No. 367; To reduce by $36,000,000 the amount appropriated for "Military Construction, Army", with the amount of the reduction to be allocated to funds available under that heading for the Camp 6 Detention Facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
4/13/05 Vote 92: On the Motion: Motion to Table Kerry Amdt. No. 334; To increase the military death gratuity to $100,000, effective with respect to any deaths of members of the Armed Forces on active duty after October 7, 2001.
4/13/05 Vote 91: H R 1268: Motion to Table Durbin Amdt. No. 356; To ensure that a Federal employee who takes leave without pay in order to perform service as a member of the uniformed services or member of the National Guard shall continue to receive pay in an amount which when taken together with the pay and allowances such individual is receiving for such service, will be no less than the basic pay such individual would then be receiving if no interruption in employment had occurred.
7/14/05 Vote 185: H R 2360: Gregg Amdt. No. 1220, As Modified Further; To allocate funds for certain terrorism prevention activities, including rail and transit security.
7/14/05 Vote 187: H R 2360: Frist Amdt. No. 1223; To protect classified information and to protect our servicemen and women.
7/26/05 Vote 205: On the Cloture Motion: Motion To Invoke Cloture On S. 1042; National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006
12/21/05 Vote 364: On the Cloture Motion: Motion to Invoke Cloture on the Conference Report to Accompany H.R. 2863; Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2006
5/4/06 Vote 111: H R 4939: Thune Amdt. No. 3704; To provide, with an offset, $20,000,000 for the Department of Veterans Affairs for Medical Facilities.
6/15/06 Vote 172: S 2766: Santorum Amdt. No. 4234; To authorize, with an offset, assistance for prodemocracy programs and activities inside and outside Iran, to make clear that the United States supports the ability of the people of Iran to exercise self-determination over their form of government, and to make enhancements to the Iran-Libya Sanctions Act of 1996.
All of the above listed he voted no on. Notice dates 3/01/05 and 4/13/05 these would increased life insurance and credit protection for Soldiers dieing so he could sit back here safe and sound (and oh yea, run to be are Commander in Chief). 4/13/05 he would not vote to reduce funding to Gitmo, but now he wants to close it. It took him 2 weeks to say anything strong about Iran killing hundreds of protesters. Look at the 6/15/06 vote, people I'm telling you again, I do not believe he believes in the Constitution of the United States of my beloved America. He wants a socialist world government. I think someone should tell him it only works on Star Trek. There everyone goes to work, lives for free on a ship, and when they get hungry all they have to do is push a button.
These are just some, there are more. If you would like to take a look at his entire US Senate record here is the site:

Now for all the Soldiers out there that voted for him, did you really do yourself a favor? And for all the civilians that so call "Support our Troops" and voted for him, I call BULLSHIT!!!!

OK
I'm back, had to take some time off. I'll be very busy on this thing for the next couple of days because of all the make up work. This is what I have for today, it is an excerpt form the Washington Post. My comments will be at the bottom. Please Read!!!
5/24/07 Vote 181: On the Motion: This $120 billion dollar package was passed in the Senate by an 80-14 vote on May 24. The bill primarily focuses on funding for the Iraq war but also addresses other unrelated topics.
A previous war funding bill was vetoed by the president because it included troop withdrawal deadlines, which were largely supported by anti-war Democrats.
Ten Democrats opposed this new bill with no withdrawal deadlines, while 37 supported its passage. Congress had to act to replace war funding that would have ended May 28.
According to the Washington Post, this bill includes 18 “benchmarks that the Iraqi government must meet to continue receiving reconstruction aid.” One hundred billion dollars in funding is slated to support continuing military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. The bill says that the President and Congress must not take any action that will endanger the troops and that they provide any funds necessary for training, equipment and other types of support to ensure their safety and the effectiveness of their missions. The president is required to give a first report on the Iraqis' progress in meeting the benchmarks to Congress on July 15.
Seventeen billion dollars in the package is for domestic spending. Out of this funding, $6.4 billion is for Gulf Coast hurricane relief efforts, $3 billion in emergency aid for farmers, $1 billion to upgrade port and mass transit security, $3 billion towards converting closing U.S. military bases to other uses, and $650 million to increase funding for children’s health care. A Congressional Research Service summary states that the “other domestic beneficiaries include state HIV grant programs, mine safety research, youth violence prevention activities, and pandemic flu protection.”
Sens. Barack Obama (Ill.) and Hilary Clinton (N.Y.) were among the 14 who opposed the bill.
Your President, Mr. No' Bama gave a speech today at the annual Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) convention. I had a chance to see some of it. I only watch this guy talk to catch him in a lie. Sad thing is if you have a memory what so ever, all you have to do is catch a sound bit on one of the networks and do your research and you will get him. He is either going to lie or back peddle. He told the convention about how he supported the troops and how they are a Presidents greatest assist.
He also vote no for this bill.
6/20/06 Vote 177: S 2766: McConnell Amdt. No. 4272 As Modified; To affirm the Iraqi Government position of no amnesty for terrorists who have attacked U.S. forces.
Hmmm!!! Who does he work for again??? Maybe 6/20/06 was his jumping for point for his appologize tour.
More to follow, Gotta vacuum.

Cash For Dave
This was going to be so small that I was not going to write about it. Cash for Clunkers, This is another GREAT socialist program from the No' Bama's!!!!! BTW I'm just going to start throwing him and his hordes together because they are all the same. I have several problems with this.
1) They are totally jacking up the used car market.
2) It's not that environmentally friendly, if at all.
3) Who the hell are they to take $4500.00 of my dollars and give it to you to buy a car.
Let's start with income redistribution. This kills me, it's just another socialist BS program. We just spent billions and billions to bail out "the little two" and now we pay people to buy their cars. I thought the point of bailout and bankruptcy was to reduce and restructure so they could continue on their own? Shoot, sorry I forgot. We gave it to the Unions and the Government, so that's never gonna happen!!! But, if we are going to pay people to buy a car then why not limit it to American cars?
The used car Market. Listen people, from what I understand most of these cars getting turned over still have alot of life. Some people are in the market for a new car and some people are in the market for a used car. We just took a couple hundred thousand off the market not to mention used parts. Poor people have to but used cars and used parts. Trust me I've been there.
Now, all this green BS. You can trade up for as little as a 4 miles per gallon difference. Yes, I understand that 4 mpg is 4 mpg and that if everyone got an additional 4 mpg that would help tremendously. Keep in mind all the cars we just took off the market that could be no more than 18 years old and the people that could have purchased those to replace their "clunkers". You know the ones, that smoke when you're behind them and get about 10mpg. Remember, just because your car was stickered for 24mpg doesn't mean you're getting it. However, if you do little stuff like insuring proper tire pressure and having a clean airfiter that will increase your mpg significantly.
This program is out of money. The House just voted to fund another 2 billion. Bottom line, where is mine? They could pay me to shut up. Couple grand a week and I'll just start talking to myself :-)
Have A Great Cavalry Day!!

You Should Say Thank You
Well, Well, Well, You should thank No' Bama and Janet Napolitano "our" third Secretary of Homeland Security. She was on Fox this morning, one of the questions they asked her was, "Are we safer now than before 9/11"? Her reply, yes we are. Then like two questions later, "Was the Bush administration/ policies working"? Her reply, wouldn't answer. She walked all the way around without out saying yes or no.
So, apparently, we need to thank No' Bama and her for making us safer. I mean we haven't had an attack since 9/11 and they have been in office for the last 6 months. Yea, that makes sense. We all know what happens when the Demoncrates are in office. The first WTC bombing, US Embassies, the USS Cole, and of course let's not forget the somalia. I haven't really written on somalia yet. I don't know if I can. I have read the book. I have seen the movie. I can not watch the movie any more. I mean you take the greatest Army in the world, and two of the most high speed groups in that organization (Rangers and Delta), send them into the largest city in a country where everyone wants to kill you and don't give them the equipment to keep them alive. You don't give them the equipment to defend themselves because it might look bad, it wouldn't be PC. You allow the bodies of US Soldiers to be dragged though the streets. Way to go Billy C, way to go. I wish someone would put a foot so far up your ass you could taste toe nails!!!!!!!!!
Anyway we should all take time out today to thank No' Bama and the ID 10 Tango for keeping us safe for the last 8 years.

Oktoberfest In July!!!
Hell yes baby!!! It's better than Christmas in July. It's just like Mickie D's, I'm lovin it!!! The only thing is, I wish I could go. I would like to see the off camera stuff.
Here's the deal, No' Bama hangs out with a racist preacher (for 20 years). People, you don't listen to somebody preach hate for 20 years and not be affected by it. You can not listen to "GD America and the white folk are selling crack to our youngsters to hold us down" for 20 years and not start to believe at least some of that nonsense.
Now, he has appointed a bigot to the Supreme Court, he bows to a muslim king, his administration releases three members of the black panther party on voter intimidation charges, and the first chance that he had to call a white cop stupid (for doing his job) he does.
Again, just like Mickie D's. I'm lovin it!!! Let's all hang out and have a beer!!! Hey anyone that knows me, knows I'm always up for a cold one!!! I don't care what kind of bigot you are if you offer me a free cold beer, hell I'm in.
With all this heart felt cum bi ya stuff going around, I wonder if the first lady is proud to be an American today?

USPS
On tract to lose 7 billion this year. But instead of fixing it why don't we pay the shit bag who runs it 800k a year for losing 7 billion? See now that's change you can believe in!!!
When was the last time you have been to the post office? Here's my problem, if you are in government service don't act like you're doing me a freakin favor by sitting behind a counter and putting a stamp on a letter. Because when your ass is in the nice dry and cool air conditioning, I'm climbing though mud and babysitting privates 20 hours a day. And here's one... How about get off sun dial time and start moving like you have a purpose???? What about that??? If you want to end the fraud, waste , and abuse of gov. funds, start making people work. NO, I say again, No job public or private should be gravy. That's why they call it work!!! That's the first thing we need to do. Make people more productive; Damn I'm sorry I forgot about the unions, we can't allow them to break a sweat.
OK, I'll move on to number two. Kill Saturday and Wednesday deliverer. Make people work four tens, and you will still have the part timers for vacations and sick days. I'm sure you could drop the work force tremendously.
Three, and this one makes so much sense I don't believe it!! What about killing the bulk rate for junk mail???? Nobody I've ever talk to likes this shit. Yet they pay less than I do when I have to mail a child support check. OOhhh I see now, If we made them pay full price then maybe (just maybe) they would not mail so much BS that goes straight to the land fills anyway. Wow, that would mean you might have to reduce the work force even further. Can't do that!!! We need a BIG government.
Four, and I know this one is stupid too. Less mail, less work force means less equipment and buildings. Wow, I wonder if that would save some cash?? Probably not.
Five, we live in the "electronic" age. It's common sense that mail volume is going to go down :-(
I don't remember the last time I wrote a letter. It's all e-mails and phone calls now. Adapt and over come, lift and shift, adjust fire over!!!!!!! If your volume is going down so should your work force!!!! Just because you have a "gravy" gov. job it shouldn't mean you have it for 20,30,40 years!!!
Hey if you get laid off, welcome to the real world. You want job security? Join the Army!!!

Read Or Not To Read?
That is the question. John Conyers Jr. (D) Congressman from Michigan was on the tv today. Guess what he said, well it went something like this. Why bother reading the bill. He was replying to everyone trying to get lawmakers to actually read a bill before they vote on it. Why try to read something that is 1100 pages long if you don't have two days to read it and two lawyers to tell you what it means. This guy is better than No' Bama could ever be, he better be lucky I do not live in his district, cause I would show his every move and he would fry himself. OOhhhh but hang on, we haven't talked about No' Bama and his flip flop mouth yet. Back when he has was a "Senator" just after he stopped voting present 150 times in the state senate, The Messiah himself said it was not wise to pass a bill that people didn't read and debate before voting. Guess that works one way for the ID 10 Tangos. If your daughter or son came up to you and said I need a or I gotta go to??? Would you say yes before the end of the sentence?

This is from Rep. John Conyers Jr web site.
http://conyers.house.gov/
By the way, he is a Demoncrate from MI. I stumbled on this when I was checking out something else that this genius said. It will be the next post but this is a must read. Someone please tell me how many white guys were hanging out in Africa in the 1600 and 1700 hundreds? It must have been alot because we all know that their own people didn't sell them, did they? I mean it's not like that the hole Continent is raping, pillaging, and selling little girls in sex trade as we speak.
People slavery was and is wrong. Point blank!!!! But I can not give you enough money to make up for it. You have got to read this stuff. I would love to comment further but I'm already marked as a bigot.

The Impact of Slavery on African Americans Today

The Commission to Study Reparation Proposals for African Americans Act
History of the Commission to Study Reparations Proposals for African Americans Act
In January of 1989, I first introduced the bill H.R. 40, Commission to Study Reparation Proposals for African Americans Act. I have re-introduced HR 40 every Congress since 1989, and will continue to do so until it's passed into law.
One of the biggest challenges in discussing the issue of reparations in a political context is deciding how to have a national discussion without allowing the issue to polarize our party or our nation. The approach that I have advocated for over a decade has been for the federal government to undertake an official study of the impact of slavery on the social, political and economic life of our nation.
Over 4 million Africans and their descendants were enslaved in the United States and its colonies from 1619 to 1865, and as a result, the United States was able to begin its grand place as the most prosperous country in the free world.
It is un-controverted that African slaves were not compensated for their labor. More unclear however, is what the effects and remnants of this relationship have had on African-Americans and our nation from the time of emancipation through today.
I chose the number of the bill, 40, as a symbol of the forty acres and a mule that the United States initially promised freed slaves. This unfulfilled promise and the serious devastation that slavery had on African-American lives has never been officially recognized by the United States Government.
My bill does four things:
1.It acknowledges the fundamental injustice and inhumanity of slavery
2.It establishes a commission to study slavery, its subsequent racial and economic discrimination against freed slaves;
3.It studies the impact of those forces on today's living African Americans; and
4.The commission would then make recommendations to Congress on appropriate remedies to redress the harm inflicted on living African Americans.
The commission established would also shed light on the capture and procurement of slaves, the transport and sale of slaves, the treatment of slaves in the colonies and in the United States. It would examine the extent to which Federal and State governments in the U.S. supported the institution of slavery and examine federal and state laws that discriminated against freed African slaves from the end of the Civil War to the present.
Many of the most pressing issues, which have heretofore not been broached on any broad scale, would be addressed. Issues such as the lingering negative effects of the institution of slavery, whether an apology is owed, whether compensation is warranted and, if so, in what form and who should eligible would also be delved into.
H.R. 40 has strong grass roots support within the African American community, including major civil rights organizations, religious organizations, academic and civic groups from across the country. This support is very similar to the strong grassroots support that proceeded another legislative initiative: the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday bill. It took a full 15 years from the time I first introduced it on April 5, 1968 to its passage in the fall of 1983. Through most of those 15 years, the idea of a federal holiday honoring an African American civil rights leader was considered a radical idea.
Like the King Holiday bill, we have seen the support for this bill increase each year. Today we have over 40 co-sponsors, more than at any time in the past. What is also encouraging is the dramatic increase in the number of supporters for the bill among Members of Congress who are not members of the Congressional Black Caucus. Just this past month my Colleague Tony Hall, from Ohio introduced a bill calling for an apology as well as the creation of a reparations commission. So now, for the first time we now have two bills in Congress that call for the creation of a commission.
We are also encouraged by the support of city councils and other local jurisdiction that have supported our bill. Already the city councils in Detroit, Cleveland, Chicago and Atlanta have passed bills supporting H.R. 40. And just this past month a councilman in Los Angeles, the site of our 2000 convention has introduced a bill with the strong support of the Los Angeles community. Also, there are presently two bills in the Michigan State House of Representatives addressing the issue of reparations.
It is a fact that slavery flourished in the United States and constituted an immoral and inhumane deprivation of African slaves' lives, liberty and cultural heritage. As a result, millions of African Americans today continue to suffer great injustices.
But reparation is a national and a global issue, which should be addressed in America and in the world. It is not limited to Black Americans in the US but is an issue for the many countries and villages in Africa, which were pilfered, and the many countries, which participated in the institution of slavery.
Another reason that this bill has garnered so much resistance is because many people want to leave slavery in the past - they contend that slavery happened so long ago that it is hurtful and divisive to bring it up now. It's too painful. But the concept of reparations is not a foreign idea to either the U.S. government or governments throughout the world.
Though there is historical cognition for reparations and it is a term that is fairly well known in the international body politic, the question of reparations for African Americans remains unresolved. And so, just as we've discussed the Holocaust and Japanese internment camps, and to some extent the devastation that the colonists inflicted upon the Indians, we must talk about slavery and its continued effects.
Last year the Democratic Party included this issue in the platform it asks that country engage in a discussion at the federal legislative level would send an important signal to the African American community and other people of goodwill.

Begining Of The End?
OK, Soto the bigot got voted on today by the Senate Judiciary Committee. 13 to 6, of course she got approved and should have a vote on the floor sometime next week. This picture came from the Patton museum at Ft. Knox. If you don't recognize it, it is a piece of the Berlin Wall. Notice the words, Freedom and Democracy. Don't worry about those, soon they will be erased from Websters. Maybe you might catch a glimpse in a history book if you hang on to one .
She will make policy from the bench. She will take your guns so you can't defend yourself, but if you have a degree, a scapulae, and a vacuum cleaner you can kill all the lives you want. She will ensure that reverse discrimination will always exist. I don't know what Bush 41 was thinking but this is nothing new for the bigot. If you read her writing and speeches she has been a bigot all of her life. Her response to all the bigotry is "well, I'm just trying to inspire". Inspire to do what? Hate? Or just hate whites? Or hate successful people????
And by the way, If I think you are Jacked up, I will dime you out. It doesn't matter to me if you are a Republican or a Demoncrate. White or Black. That said, WTF is up in South Carolina??? First the governor and now Sen. Lindsey Graham (R) voted for her today. The only Republican to do so. Way to go South Click!!!! Vote this guy back in!!! Do people not understand that this is a life time appointment? No' Bama will have the opportunity to appoint two more. Think about that...........

Heat Baby!!!
Wow, it is one smokin hot summer, isn't? Or maybe not. New York City is about to post its second coolest summer on record. It is the end of July and we still haven't had a named hurricane. Man, this global warming thing is serious. It's freaking me out. Thank God for the No' Bama administration and the EPA. If he was not in office for the last 6 months things could have went south real quick!!!
Or we/he/the EPA Commissioner could have listen to old boy that has been working at the EPA for 35+ years. He did some research that showed the average global temp decreasing for the last 11 years. But if he did that we could not get Cap and Tax passed (oops, I mean the green/energy/jobs bill).

Minimum Wage
Go Go Go Demoncrates. Who the hell got an 11% raise this year? Not the American Soldier that's for sure. But if you work for minimum wage you now make $7.25/hour. Seventy more cents per hour, every hour they work, how nice!!! If I'm not mistaken Oregon has the highest minimum wage in the nation and guess what, they also have the highest unemployment rate. Wonder why? A rise in the minimum wage makes the cost of everything go up. The guy behind the counter where you buy your gas just got a $.70 raise. The stock boy at Wally World or the local pharmacy is now costing you more money. Every pack of cough drops or bag of chips now will be more expensive. If Cap and Tax wasn't enough, who do you think does the landscaping/yard work for the power company? Think your electric bill might go up. I'm more than positive that the owner of the company is not going to absorb an 11% cost in labor. He is going to pass that on to his clients and them to us.
We all know that fast food employs alot of people. Take 30 to 40 per restaurant and add 11% to their labor cost, think you're going to see more dollar menus? Take the guy who has 6, 8, 10 of these, not only have you put him in the red by 11% but the Demoncrates are now going to add an additional 5.4% for health care tax, along with having to provide health care for all employees or pay another 8%. You guys picking up what I'm laying down???
So Again let me Please thank you just one more time for pulling that straight ticket. Good Job!!!

Harry and Louise
Have you seen these moronic commercials??? Would somebody tell them to kiss my ass!!
Surgeon Who?
Hey now, just because No' Bama's Sec of Treasury is a tax dodging crook, the Sec of State is a stupid b!tch, both car czars are corrupt union execs, his Vice President can not talk without embarrassing himself, his battle Buddie the professor is about as mature as an eight year old, he appoints bigots to the Supreme Court, and he wants people to vote uneducated doesn't mean that he surrounds himself with bad people. The soon to be new Surgeon General is not fat!!!! She may be big boned but she is not fat.... You people should be ashamed. This guy is the President of the United States and he deserves our respect, or at least the benefit of doubt.

No' Bama's Battle Buddy!!!
You go Boi!!!!! I swear I don't have to even type another word. This genus is going to fry himself. Do you people realize that there was three cops there??? One White, one Black, and one Hispanic!!! They did not follow the guy home, they did not pull him over because he was black. Really they did not!!!! They responded to his neighbor calling in an attempted break in to his house. Yep, they followed the call of an attempted break in. And what does No' Bama do??? He calls them STUPID!!!
His words, not mind!!! They are stupid for doing their job, By the way, If you haven't heard the white cop is the anti racial profiling officer for that department, promoted to that position by a black supervisor.
Yep, we're talking about the professor from "Harvard", that told the po po "Do you know who I am??" I think he is lucky it wasn't me there, cause his ass would have been hurt as soon as he said "do you know who I am?". But hey, if you listen to my critics, I'm nothing more than a red neck bigot anyway :-)

White or Black
Congressman Clyburn (D) from SC is on the news right now talking about how he has 42 "Blacks" in his congress and the republicans have 0, zero, none. People we will never get over race unless we stop bring it up it. What is the price? Couple hundred grand per head? One million per? You tell me. I was so happy when No' Bama got elected, because I actually thought that it would make a difference, but not so much!!!! This guy is no only smart but articulate, and knows how to reach people. If he wasn't such a socialist he could have done wonders for this country. What do we have to do to get over the race issue???? I'm not saying you can't or shouldn't be proud of your race, but if it keeps coming up that you are being put down because of your race then "we are all F'ed". We will never get over it!!!!
So what is the price??? Now, if a number popped in your mind you are a bigot!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!! There is no amount of money that can right a wrong. And if you think that I'm gonna pay for something that happen 200 years ago you are sadly mistaken. And yes I know that when she refused to get in the back of the bus it wasn't 200 years ago, but I say to you..... That shows progress!!! Now we have a Black/ African American President ( which ever is PC) that hates white/Caucasian Americans. Just look at his policies and his speeches. He was on the TV the other night talking about how if this or that program goes though it will negativity affect "blacks". Why can't we just be Americans???
Someone, anyone???? Because again if we continue to bring it up, it will always be here!!! Anyone understand this?
Ok, so more blacks are unemployed in the inner cities, GET A F'ING JOB..... HEY LOOK FOLKS I HAVE FLIPPED MY FAIR SHARE OF BURGERS, AND YES MOST OF THEM CAME AFTER I GOT OFF ACTIVE DUTY THE FIRST TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO PROUD TO MAKE A LIVING TO SUPPORT MY FAMILY, EVEN IF IT WAS AT MICKIE D'S!!!!!

Nice little Poem
This might be funny if it weren't so darned true.
Be sure to read all the way to the end:
Tax his land,
Tax his bed,
Tax the table
At which he's fed.
Tax his tractor,
Tax his mule,
Teach him taxes
Are the rule.
Tax his work,
Tax his pay,
He works for peanuts
Anyway!
Tax his cow,
Tax his goat,
Tax his pants,
Tax his coat.
Tax his ties,
Tax his shirt,
Tax his work,
Tax his dirt.
Tax his tobacco,
Tax his drink,
Tax him if he
Tries to think.
Tax his cigars,
Tax his beers,
If he cries
Tax his tears.
Tax his car,
Tax his gas,
Find other ways
To tax his ass.
Tax all he has
Then let him know
That you won't be done
Till he has no dough.
When he screams and hollers;
Then tax him some more,
Tax him till
He's good and sore.
Then tax his coffin,
Tax his grave,
Tax the sod in
Which he's laid.
Put these words
Upon his tomb,
Taxes drove me

STILL THINK THIS IS FUNNY? Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, and our nation was the most prosperous in the world. We had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the world, and Mom stayed home to raise the kids.
What in the hell happened? Can you spell 'politicians?'
And I still have to 'press 1' for English!?
I hope this goes around THE USA at least 100 times!!! YOU can help it get there!!!

Health Care or Insurance?
Damn I'm confused!!! Is it Cap and Trade or Cap and Tax? Or is it the Green bill or Energy Bill? Or Jobs Bill?
Now we have Health Care Reform or is it Insurance Reform? Would this guy please make up my mind!!! I am at the point that I wish it would pass. I mean really, it must be passed by the break then not so much, we're gonna raise taxes then we're not. Anything, hell I'm tired of trying to keep up with all of this switching.
But here's my question. If it does pass would Mrs. No' Bama be proud to be an American for the second time in her life?

Thought For The Day!!!
Two Quotes to Ponder:
'Life's tough......it's even tougher if you're
stupid.' -- John Wayne
'My friends, we live in the greatest nation in the
history of the world. I hope you'll join with me as
we try to change it.' -- Barack Obama
Unfortunately now we are beginning to understand what
the second one means and what the first says about us.

Health Care Reform!!!
Ten things we need to do before the government take over of health care.
1) Open up state lines. If I'm not mistaking, there is only three insurance companies in the state of KY. That's not true competition. That is a controlled monopoly. We can buy any other type of insurance over the phone or on the internet, just not health insurance. You can't tell me at some point the politicians didn't have their hand way deep in the lobbyist pockets.
2) Prescription drugs cost so much because Americans pay for the majority of drug research. Canada, France, all those other great countries that you hear about with their AWESOME free health care put a limit on the cost for drugs. We do not. So one must ask themselves do we want to advance at a much slower pace or kick in a couple of extra bucks when we do need them. Not all of that cash is lining the wallets of the exec.'s, again they do a lot of research with American dollars.
3) Here's a novel ideal. Why don't we hold people accountable for their actions. If you smoke, higher rates, much higher rates, if you get coverage at all. Same with people that eat Micky D's 3 or 4 times a day, if you're fat for no other reasons than you won't get off your ass and work out, much higher rates. We've all seen these videos so if you're one of those crazies that take a skateboard off a twenty foot drop, you got it, higher rates.
4) Tort Reform!!!!!!! True story: When I was running Absolute Comfort Inc. (a small HVAC business) one of my clients (I mean slum lord)(did I say that out loud) was an orthopedic surgeon. He quit. Quit. So he could buy and rent/develop real estate. One day I asked him WTF? He said, "Dave I just got tired of paying 350k a year in malpractice insurance, plus every time I turn around my ass is going to court over some BS lawsuit". Take the money away from the ambulance chasers and you will see a difference in health care cost. People anyone can sue without consequence. WITHOUT CONSEQUENCE THERE IS CHAOS!!! Doctors are practicing defensive medicine in order not to get sued. Who wants to go to school for an additional eight years, couple years of residency and internship just to lose it five years after they start working?

Read or Vote?
I have written on this subject before, but now I have some good stuff. Colin Hanna founder of Let Freedom Ring, sent a petition to all members of congress to sign. The petition read I "blank" promise to read the entire health care bill before I vote on the bill and that the bill will be posted on the internet for 72 hours before the vote so the American people will have a chance to read it.
I think this is a Great Ideal; however, Why don't we read all bills before we vote on them? Holy shit, that would make sense. What, actually vote educated???? Listen peeps, If your congressman/woman votes yes on something that they have not read you should vote them out. I would rather see No' Bama vote "Present" 150 times, then see someone vote yes when they really don't know what is in the bill!!! Maybe I'm just all jacked up, would someone please tell me why this makes sense to me? This is no different than the "housing crisis". All I have heard on this nonsense is people didn't know what they were signing, or they didn't understand what an ARM was. Well it's called stupid tax. And it should be their tax, not mine, I'm not the stupid one here. However, when members of congress vote on bills that they have not read "we", all of us, pay their stupid tax. Question is, how long do you want to pay stupid tax? Our Founding Fathers must be rolling over and over in their graves.
At last count, there were 62 signatures on Colin Hanna's petition, all republicans. When I get a list of names I will post them, along with a list of members that refuse to sign.
But if you really want to help yourself and others then they need to read all bills. Here is a web site that can help you send letters to your congress people to urge them to read everything that they vote on!!!! If they don't I will post their names and I will campaign against them. All of them, Republicans and Demoncrates alike.

More No' Bama Care!!!
It is coming down to the wire. The Demoncrates are determine to pass No' Bama Care (universal/national health care) before the break. This is a mistake, BIG MISTAKE!!!
We do need reform but not like this. Once this passes it will be almost impossible to undo. There are many ways to correct the system properly, and I will list some of them tomorrow. In the mean time take a look at this.
Forty (D) members of congress wrote a letter to House Speaker Pelosi and House Majority Leader Hoyer citing three main points that they wanted addressed. 1) More time, don't rush it, 2) better protection for small businesses (since they employ most of America), 3) Protect rural health care providers.
Pelosi's response was, I promised No' Bama that he would have legislation before the break and that is still my goal.
While all this is happening; a very courageous Congressman from Louisiana, Rep. John Fleming has proposed a bill. This is a very nice bill. It's called HR615, HR615 would require all members of congress (representatives and senators) to enroll and use the soon to be passed No' Bama Care. That is correct!!!! If they think it is so good and it's going to help us out so much then they should not have a problem using it themselves, right??? Hell no, Not going to happen. At my last check this is a list of members that have signed on to the bill and have said they would participate when it passes. Please be aware that all of these signatures are Republicans!!!!
Todd Akin, MO; Rodney Alexander, LA; Michele Bachmann, MN; Roscoe G. Bartlett, MD; Rob Bishop, UT; Roy Blunt, MO; John Boehner, OH; Jo Bonner, AL; John Boozman, AR; Charles Boustany, LA; Kevin Brady, TX; Paul Broun, GA; Michael C. Burgess, TX; Dan Burton, IN; Eric Cantor, VA; John R. Carter, TX; Tom Cole, OK; John Culberson, TX; K. Michael Conaway, TX; Mary Fallin, OK; Scott Garrett, NJ; Phil Gingrey, GA; Louie Gohmert, TX; Dean Heller, NV; Jeb Henserling, TX; Duncan Hunter, CA; Sam Johnson, TX; Doug Lamborn, CO; John Linder, GA; Blaine Luetkemeyer, MO; Michael T. McCaul, TX; Cynthia Lummis, WY; Kenny Marchant, TX; Jeff Miller, FL; Jerry Moran, KS; Mike Pence, IN; Joe Pitts, PA; Ted Poe, TX; Bill Posey, FL; Tom Price, GA; Tom Rooney, FL; Mike Rogers, AL; Steve Scalise, LA; Lamar Smith, TX; Cliff Stearns, FL; Todd Tiahrt, KS; Lynn A. Westmoreland, GA; Joe Wilson, SC; Robert J. Wittman, VA;
This is Rep. Fleming's website:
http://www.fleming.house.gov/
You can find the entire bill and also a letter to send to your Rep.'s and Senators and ask them if they are willing to use the SUPER DUPER NO' BAMA CARE. My guess is "not so much".
People if it is good enough for us it should be good enough for them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Social Security Administration!!! No' Bama Style
This is My mans style here BOI!!! Just under $700,000 (something like $600,661) that's what it cost to have a "training conference". At a nice little posh resort and spa in Phoenix, AZ, the Social Security Administration (SSA) sent 675 of its managers to a stress relief conference. The reporter that was there said he saw nothing but dancing. They taught these people how to dance on your dime. All expense paid, food, lodging, and airfare at the tune of 700k.
This is a quote from the SSA Commissioner:
"Workloads have gone up, resources did not go up proportionately, and the agency was too slow to embrace new technologies," said Social Security Commissioner Michael Astrue, explaining the backlog. "It's a combination of all those things."
He is trying to explain the reason why, more than 765,000 people are waiting for hearing to receive benefits.
Wonder why all these firms, banks, and unions get away with the same stuff on your dime. Hey, But don't worry. The Demoncrate Congress is looking in it.

Retraction
On behalf of counsel (sh!t house lawyers), I have decide to change my "hate" comment to "very strongly dislike". I apologize if I have offended any one, NOT!!!
Czars? How 'Bout Some More?
No' Bama now has 32. 32 Czars. Hey I think he needs at least one more. I need to be the Unemployment Czar. I'd go to DC for 150-200k a year. You guys need to write No' Bama and get me hired. Please, let me thank you in advance :-)
Soto Pt. 3
This morning she said lots.
But the main points are that we do not, do not have a fundamental right to bear arms. She will not even look at Row v. Wade. And I kid you not, she would not tell one of the senators that he had the right to self defence. And she thinks it's ok to consider foreign law when deciding a case. I don't know about you but I don't give a shit what they do in the German court system, or any other for that matter. I don't live in any other of those countries. But when No' Bama and his morons get though, the US will look like it. If you haven't watched the hearings you should at least down load and read them.
But I don't know why I'm writing about this any way. Thanks to a bunch of stupid, stupid Americans that not only voted for No' Bama but they also pulled a straight ticket and filled both houses with Demoncrates. Please let me say thank you one more time :-) God loves stupid people too, However I hate them, ALL OF THEM.

Soto Pt. 2
OK, I was gonna wait on this but I can't..... Go figure, right? This is crazy!!!!
Listen to me peeps, I just took my last US Gov. class late last year. Kelo v. New London was a big part of that class and the text. Google it!!! Read it!!! Learn it!!! I forgot that this loon was part of it until Today. If you want to give up you guns, houses, cars, promotions (unless you are a minority), and/or freedom in general, then don't call your senator. If you want to keep just some of those, might want to call him or her, along with friends and family in other states to do the same!!!!! It is a life time appointment, she will be there 20-30 years!!!
I'm disappointed in the republican senators that had her on the wall Today and did not push her. One asked her if she knew the "latino woman" quote and she said no, he repeated and then asked her if she understood that if he as a white guy had said that, that his career would be over. Her reply was I can see that if it was said out of context and by itself. Then he stopped. Most of them did the same, push her but then stopped. They know she has the votes to be confirmed already, so they are just making a good show for there home states/voters. I will never do that.
When I run and get elected, I'm not playing BS politics. I grew up hard, fast, and poor. People money means nothing to me. Common sense, truth, freedom, and liberty does!!!!!
