KY Supreme Court

Today, the wonderful KY Supreme Court, told child molesters, rapist, and other sex offenders that they can live any where they want to, even right next door to a school. They can live next to day cares, school, or churches that run day school programs as long as they committed the crime before 12 July 2006.

The new laws were written not to punish released perverts but to protect the innocents of children. The US Supreme Court decide in 2003 that it was unconstitutional to tell people that they can't live next to a school retroactive. They based the opinion on the "ex post facto" clause. The KY Supreme Court followed suite by a vote of 5 to 2.

The state is not trying to punish these freaks anymore, even though we should. They are not telling them where to live, just where not to live. Child molesters can not be fixed. They will always do it. We just made it easier for them. I have on my outside window, the three freaks that live with in a half mile of my residence. They will never come down until they move.
