The Demoncrate Gov. of Mass. just had a press conference stating that there will be a special election in Jan. '10 for Kennedy's seat. However, He wants the state legislator to pass a law that will let him appoint an interim senator until the election is over. He said that the "people" need to be represented. He said that there are so many important issues going own right now. Really, like 2 wars along with all the other bullshit going on then wasn't important? Hey, Romney wanted the same thing and they shot that down. They don't care if the "people" of Mass. are represented or not. They just care if there is a Demoncrate in office. The people of Mass. should be up in arms right now. This shit just kills me. If they pass this law all of those Demoncrates including The Gov. and Teddy himself can go fu(k themselves. They didn't care a bit if they were represented in '04.
Why, oh why, didn't the Founding Fathers see this??? What a minute, they did!! Article I Section III of The US Constitution' "...and if vacancies happen by resignation, or otherwise, during the recess of the legislature of any state, the executive thereof may make temporary appointments until the next meeting of the legislature, which shall then fill such vacancies."
Sounds like to me the state of Massachusetts and Teddy Boy said, screw the US Constitution a couple of years ago but when it suits them they want to go back to it. YOU CAN NOT PICK AND CHOSE WHAT LAWS YOU WANT TO FOLLOW AND WHEN YOU WANT TO FOLLOW THEM. THAT PUTS YOU ABOVE THE LAW AND NOBODY SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW. But doesn't it seem that the Kennedy's have got away with a tremendous amount of bullshit!!!

I'm Just Pissed!!!
Here's the deal. Just like MJ, I don't want to walk on anybodies grave. This is so ridicules that I can not help myself. Before Kennedy died he wrote a letter to the Speaker in the Massachusetts State Assembly. He wrote the letter so they could put forth a bill to change the state law so the Governor could appoint his replacement instead of having a special election. Hmmm, Do we remember what happens when governors are allowed to appoint senators??? Anybody remember Illinois??? No' Bama's old seat??? I'll get back to that.
Don't quote me (I haven't done my research yet) but, If I remember correctly there are 26 states that the governor can appoint a senator if the seat is vacated early. Funny thing is Massachusetts, was one of those states. However, when they thought John Kerry would become President and they had a republican governor, the state legislators went in to action and changed the law so that Mit Romney could not appoint a republican senator. Where was Ted Kennedy when this was going on??? Leading the fight. Yep, he was pushing to get what was the states current law overturned. Now that they have a Demoncrate governor, he and they want to change it back!!!! How Nice!!!! People, I hate thieves and liars. Hippocrates are both. More to follow!!!

How To Make a Million
So I'm taking the baby home yesterday and we stop by Mickie D's for lunch. Then it hit me, how to make my first million. You don't work for it (not in the No' Bama age) you have to sue for it. The baby gets a chicken nugget happy meal and I get a dbl cheese burger and fries. I start to think, hey false advertisement. It is not a double cheese burger. It is a double Burger with cheese. It is two patties and one slice of cheese. Now, I have had about a thousand of these in the last 37 years so that is $1000.00 bucks plus all of the mental anguish that I have suffered since I have learned that it "really" isn't a dbl cheese burger. I mean it's horrible!!! As I'm counting my millions I realize that they have change the name. It is no longer called the dbl cheese burger (Damn I was beat to the punch). But, being the high speed super star that I am, I always have a back up plan. I get my dbl cheese burger for $1.19.... Wait it is on the dollar menu. But the price is a dollar nineteen. I'm thinking now is the time to sue. But I have only had a couple of these since the price has went up so not so much money.
The plan now???? I'm going though the drive though tomorrow for lunch. I'm going to order a cold coca cola. I'm going to put it between my legs and let it spill on my crouch. When my Johnson shrinks because of the cold, imagine my heart break, turmoil, and mental anguish. All because they don't have "caution contents are cold" printed on the cup. That has two mill written all over it. Watch out Ronald, I'm coming for you!!!

Just A Funny
I haven't confirmed yet, so it is just suppose to make you laugh!!!
The year is 1947
Some of you will recall that on July 8, 1947, a little over 60 years
Ago, witnesses claim that an unidentified flying object (UFO) with
Five aliens aboard crashed onto a sheep and mule ranch just outside
Roswell , New Mexico . This is a well known incident that many say has
Long been covered up by the U.S. . Air Force and other federal agencies
And organizations.
However, what you may NOT know is that in the month of April 1948,
Nine months after that historic day, the following people were born:
Albert A. Gore, Jr.
Hillary Rodham
John F. Kerry
William J. Clinton
Howard Dean
Nancy Pelosi
Dianne Feinstein
Charles E. Schumer
Barbara Boxer
See what happens when aliens breed with sheep and jackasses?
I certainly hope this bit of information clears up a lot of things
For you. It did for me.
No wonder they support the bill to help illegal aliens!

Whale Wars?

PETA (I'm not going to spell it out, because I hate them), has posted this billboard in Jacksonville, FL. Now, normally I disagree with PETA. I think they are dumber than any Demoncrate could ever be, unless of course they are both :-) Which they all are. But in this case, I have to admit, they have a point.
Here's the deal, it is a proven fact that livestock (cows and pigs, etc...) produce more methane gas than any other source. Plus think about all the corn that they eat. If we could reduce their corn intake by 30, 40, 50% look at all the hungry people we could feed. So here is my compromise.
Instead of getting FAT people to go vegetarian, maybe we should just get them to eat (let's say 50%) less. Look at all the side effects:
1) We would slaughter less livestock which should make PETA happy.
2) We would have to raise less livestock.
3) With all the extra feed we are producing, we could reduce world hunger.
4) Less livestock equals less methane (green house gases) and we would not have to pass Cap and Tax/Trade.
5) Health care cost would go down and we would not have No' Bama Care forced down our throats.
6) I would not have to run to get in line first for Mickie D's in order to make sure they don't run out of food.
Damn sometimes I impress myself. See how everybody wins??? Maybe I should be Sec. of State? Bottom line is FAT people need to quit eating so much!!!
Now This Is a Congressman
Rep. Dan Boren (D) from Oklahoma, told his constitutes (yesterday, I think) that not only would he not support a government ran health care system, but if one did pass he would sign up for it. Even if his coverage was better. Now that is a respectable man. I can understand the President having his own doctor on call, but the congress makes tons of cash and bene's. Their health benefits are better than yours and mine I'm sure.
But if this guy is willing to step to the plate, I'm gonna give him cudo's!!! Hats off to you Dan, Hat's off.
People, I told you if someone was jacked up that I would call them out. Same thing if I think you have done something cool. Doesn't matter to me if you are blue or red, black or white.

More No' Bama Votes
Just so that you know, between 07/31/08 and 10/01/08 out of the 20 votes he could have cast, he voted four times or 25%. As a mater of fact, there were so many "not voting" during 2007 and 2008, I got tired of counting. Hmm, wonder were he was? Oh, I remember he was running for office. On our tax dollars!! Yes I know all politicians do it. But how many times did you hear about Mc Cain flying back to vote? Alot. After that speech yesterday I posted a blog but ran out of time so I just left it there. I could not sleep very well last night so I did some research. Here are some more interesting votes. All of this info comes from the Washington Post. He said yesterday that one of his main priorities was to take care of Soldiers and Veterans by increasing pay, insuring we have proper equipment and facilities, and benefits. Read below and then you decide. Sad thing is I know alot of Soldiers that voted FOR this guy.
3/1/05 Vote 12: S 256: Sessions Amdt. No. 23; To clarify the safe harbor with respect to debtors who have serious medical conditions or who have been called or ordered to active duty in the Armed Forces and low income veterans.
4/13/05 Vote 93: H R 1268: Byrd Amdt. No. 367; To reduce by $36,000,000 the amount appropriated for "Military Construction, Army", with the amount of the reduction to be allocated to funds available under that heading for the Camp 6 Detention Facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
4/13/05 Vote 92: On the Motion: Motion to Table Kerry Amdt. No. 334; To increase the military death gratuity to $100,000, effective with respect to any deaths of members of the Armed Forces on active duty after October 7, 2001.
4/13/05 Vote 91: H R 1268: Motion to Table Durbin Amdt. No. 356; To ensure that a Federal employee who takes leave without pay in order to perform service as a member of the uniformed services or member of the National Guard shall continue to receive pay in an amount which when taken together with the pay and allowances such individual is receiving for such service, will be no less than the basic pay such individual would then be receiving if no interruption in employment had occurred.
7/14/05 Vote 185: H R 2360: Gregg Amdt. No. 1220, As Modified Further; To allocate funds for certain terrorism prevention activities, including rail and transit security.
7/14/05 Vote 187: H R 2360: Frist Amdt. No. 1223; To protect classified information and to protect our servicemen and women.
7/26/05 Vote 205: On the Cloture Motion: Motion To Invoke Cloture On S. 1042; National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2006
12/21/05 Vote 364: On the Cloture Motion: Motion to Invoke Cloture on the Conference Report to Accompany H.R. 2863; Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2006
5/4/06 Vote 111: H R 4939: Thune Amdt. No. 3704; To provide, with an offset, $20,000,000 for the Department of Veterans Affairs for Medical Facilities.
6/15/06 Vote 172: S 2766: Santorum Amdt. No. 4234; To authorize, with an offset, assistance for prodemocracy programs and activities inside and outside Iran, to make clear that the United States supports the ability of the people of Iran to exercise self-determination over their form of government, and to make enhancements to the Iran-Libya Sanctions Act of 1996.
All of the above listed he voted no on. Notice dates 3/01/05 and 4/13/05 these would increased life insurance and credit protection for Soldiers dieing so he could sit back here safe and sound (and oh yea, run to be are Commander in Chief). 4/13/05 he would not vote to reduce funding to Gitmo, but now he wants to close it. It took him 2 weeks to say anything strong about Iran killing hundreds of protesters. Look at the 6/15/06 vote, people I'm telling you again, I do not believe he believes in the Constitution of the United States of my beloved America. He wants a socialist world government. I think someone should tell him it only works on Star Trek. There everyone goes to work, lives for free on a ship, and when they get hungry all they have to do is push a button.
These are just some, there are more. If you would like to take a look at his entire US Senate record here is the site:

Now for all the Soldiers out there that voted for him, did you really do yourself a favor? And for all the civilians that so call "Support our Troops" and voted for him, I call BULLSHIT!!!!

OK
I'm back, had to take some time off. I'll be very busy on this thing for the next couple of days because of all the make up work. This is what I have for today, it is an excerpt form the Washington Post. My comments will be at the bottom. Please Read!!!
5/24/07 Vote 181: On the Motion: This $120 billion dollar package was passed in the Senate by an 80-14 vote on May 24. The bill primarily focuses on funding for the Iraq war but also addresses other unrelated topics.
A previous war funding bill was vetoed by the president because it included troop withdrawal deadlines, which were largely supported by anti-war Democrats.
Ten Democrats opposed this new bill with no withdrawal deadlines, while 37 supported its passage. Congress had to act to replace war funding that would have ended May 28.
According to the Washington Post, this bill includes 18 “benchmarks that the Iraqi government must meet to continue receiving reconstruction aid.” One hundred billion dollars in funding is slated to support continuing military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. The bill says that the President and Congress must not take any action that will endanger the troops and that they provide any funds necessary for training, equipment and other types of support to ensure their safety and the effectiveness of their missions. The president is required to give a first report on the Iraqis' progress in meeting the benchmarks to Congress on July 15.
Seventeen billion dollars in the package is for domestic spending. Out of this funding, $6.4 billion is for Gulf Coast hurricane relief efforts, $3 billion in emergency aid for farmers, $1 billion to upgrade port and mass transit security, $3 billion towards converting closing U.S. military bases to other uses, and $650 million to increase funding for children’s health care. A Congressional Research Service summary states that the “other domestic beneficiaries include state HIV grant programs, mine safety research, youth violence prevention activities, and pandemic flu protection.”
Sens. Barack Obama (Ill.) and Hilary Clinton (N.Y.) were among the 14 who opposed the bill.
Your President, Mr. No' Bama gave a speech today at the annual Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) convention. I had a chance to see some of it. I only watch this guy talk to catch him in a lie. Sad thing is if you have a memory what so ever, all you have to do is catch a sound bit on one of the networks and do your research and you will get him. He is either going to lie or back peddle. He told the convention about how he supported the troops and how they are a Presidents greatest assist.
He also vote no for this bill.
6/20/06 Vote 177: S 2766: McConnell Amdt. No. 4272 As Modified; To affirm the Iraqi Government position of no amnesty for terrorists who have attacked U.S. forces.
Hmmm!!! Who does he work for again??? Maybe 6/20/06 was his jumping for point for his appologize tour.
More to follow, Gotta vacuum.

Cash For Dave
This was going to be so small that I was not going to write about it. Cash for Clunkers, This is another GREAT socialist program from the No' Bama's!!!!! BTW I'm just going to start throwing him and his hordes together because they are all the same. I have several problems with this.
1) They are totally jacking up the used car market.
2) It's not that environmentally friendly, if at all.
3) Who the hell are they to take $4500.00 of my dollars and give it to you to buy a car.
Let's start with income redistribution. This kills me, it's just another socialist BS program. We just spent billions and billions to bail out "the little two" and now we pay people to buy their cars. I thought the point of bailout and bankruptcy was to reduce and restructure so they could continue on their own? Shoot, sorry I forgot. We gave it to the Unions and the Government, so that's never gonna happen!!! But, if we are going to pay people to buy a car then why not limit it to American cars?
The used car Market. Listen people, from what I understand most of these cars getting turned over still have alot of life. Some people are in the market for a new car and some people are in the market for a used car. We just took a couple hundred thousand off the market not to mention used parts. Poor people have to but used cars and used parts. Trust me I've been there.
Now, all this green BS. You can trade up for as little as a 4 miles per gallon difference. Yes, I understand that 4 mpg is 4 mpg and that if everyone got an additional 4 mpg that would help tremendously. Keep in mind all the cars we just took off the market that could be no more than 18 years old and the people that could have purchased those to replace their "clunkers". You know the ones, that smoke when you're behind them and get about 10mpg. Remember, just because your car was stickered for 24mpg doesn't mean you're getting it. However, if you do little stuff like insuring proper tire pressure and having a clean airfiter that will increase your mpg significantly.
This program is out of money. The House just voted to fund another 2 billion. Bottom line, where is mine? They could pay me to shut up. Couple grand a week and I'll just start talking to myself :-)
Have A Great Cavalry Day!!
