Albert Snyder lost his son in '06. His son was a Marine and died in Iraq. The ID 10 Tangos from R Kansas, Westboro Baptist Church decided to protest his sons funeral. You know the ones, it's the people that have the signs that read, "God Hates Fags" and God Bless IED's".
Well Albert did not like that all to much so he decided to sue so no other family burring a Fallen Soldier, Marine, Sailor, or Airman would have to go through the same BS he had to endure. He won but it was over turned by one of the most liberal courts in the nation. Now he is order to pay $16,510 to the good Rev Phelps in legal fees. He is taking the case to the US Supreme Court. Lets hope they hear it and pray that he wins. He's gonna spend some cash fighting this, if you want to help, or just say keep up the good fight, contact the VFW. When I have more info, I'll post it.
